Thank You

The words “Thank you” are fundamentally important to any exchange of conversation comprised of gives and takes. When engaged with someone in an discussion, we are taught to have manners and thank others for their kindness. Then the exchange of words opens the verbal door for the “You’re Welcome” statement. The “You’re Welcome” is the closure of a good exchange in kind. Creating the conclusion, therefore, gives a person a sense of acclimation.

Acclimation

Acclimation is the foundation of emotional gratification. The sensation of a person feeling the emotions of gratitude, joy, pleasure in general, among several other adjectives to describe this feeling. We can call this feeling “Good.”

Grateful

When someone is grateful and thanks you for something, it is gratifying. It gives the other person the sense that they are validated for an act of kindness on their part. In turn, a proper response to the “Thank you” statement gives a person acknowledgment for their gesture of gratitude. This way, concluding the verbal exchange and both parties feel validated.
