Advice Needed
On Friday of last week, I got my power bill in the mail. I must bring to your attention that I am being monopolized by this company as there are no other providers that service my location. They are not letting me sign a contract for a fixed rate because this company has a policy that requires all persons on the title of the property to sign off to make any changes to the account whatsoever.
We are in a global pandemic, and the other titleholder of the property is in another country, making it virtually impossible to change the unpredictably, nonetheless rising energy cost. I do all the tricks in the book. I shut off breakers. I have LED bulbs. I never leave anything plugged in. But I noticed that the bill looked different this month.
