The precious goods market is among the many changing economic inclusions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Lab-grown diamonds continue to flood the market, potentially changing their value of diamonds. The research shows that lab-grown diamonds, also know as “Simulated” diamonds, are purer with better clarity. I guess one could argue that the rareness of natural diamonds is what give them value. Well, not according to scientists. There is a much greater global impact with diamond mining in comparison to lab-grown cultivation.

Why Use Diamonds?

We use the diamond-tipped cutter for cutting glass, and we use diamonds in several fundamental mechanisms that without we could not evolve and developed technology. But don’t think for a second that those diamonds they are using are from the earth. They are lab-grown simulated diamonds. The scientists behind the simulated diamond have engineered high-quality fakes sold for less to jewellery manufacturers and occasionally get passed off as the real thing. One thing to keep in mind when shopping for that $10,000.00 engagement, right? You could probably buy the same piece for a quarter of the price just by purchasing a lab-grown diamond instead.
