1977 Playboy Reveals if Size Matters
October’s 1977 Playboy Confesses Lying to Readers for Years
--
Does Size Matter?
For years before 1977, Playboy readers were told that penis size didn’t count. Until the October of 1977, when Sex Polls in that month's issue came out with the findings, it matters to some people. The December issue has a write-up about men that are confused by this information.
A Playboy Editor busts the truth out from the article, giving his provocative response;
“Are you suggesting that we have been caught with our pants down?” Says Playboy Editor. “Ok, we confess. It has all been a conspiracy to delude the masses. The friends responsible for the misinformation have been fired. Size counts. Now what?”
The 1977 research, reported By J.Scott Verinis in Medical Aspects of Human Sexuality, suggests that initially, the size of a man's penis matters to both man and the female; Wherever, as the relationship progresses, the size of the penis becomes less critical to less to women and factors such as the quality of sexual performance and the nature of the interpersonal relationships receive higher priority.
The men, however, continue to value the size of the penis at all stages of the connection (That makes sense. It’s their burden to bear.) So probably the absolute truth is this; size matters to some people all of the time and all the people some of the time. But not all of the people all the time. By the time you figure that one out, you’ll be an older man, and it won't matter anymore.
More Modern Take
This is similar in opinions from then to now are relatively the same today. Or has the popularity of the penis grown with new technology, and the classic dick pic in a panic has increased? Suppose you are one of these guys trying to show themselves off. Remember, modern research proves that women are not visually stimulated in the same way regarding sexual imagery. As a matter of fact; Women are stimulated by touch and erotica, fantasy and physical connection.
